We are looking for a customer services manager with a freight and logistics background for our client based around Heathrow

Main Duties :

·Head of UK based Client Services team, developing Client Services procedures, policies and standards within the UK, disseminating knowledge and guidance where appropriate

·Define and communicate customer service standards

·Review and assess customer service contracts

·Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards

·Plan, prioritise and delegate work tasks to ensure proper functioning of the department

·Manage and Build customer relationships and escalations across the client base

·Review customer complaints, track complaint resolution and handle complex queries

Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information & analyse relevant data to determine customer service outputs

·Identify and implement strategies in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions

Main Duties:

·Must have Good Knowledge of Mail, Transportation & Logistics Industry.

·Good Knowledge of Customer Service Protocols & Standards

·People management Skills.

·Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

·Ability to work on own initiative

·Polite and should have the confidence and patience.

·Motivational, listening, and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to produce creative ideas to ameliorate customer service standards.

·Ability to work under tight deadlines.

 

Salary £ 35 k or NEG
