Customer Services Agent Copy Copy

Our client is seeking a Customer Services Agent to support their Cargo Manager in the management of GHA and resources (internal and external) in the UK to deliver excellent customer service and achieve high operational efficiency while complying with regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities (not an exhaustive list):

  • Provide customer service through reservations system monitoring bookings to ensure compliance with company restrictions and embargo’s while delivering first class customer service and flown as booked statistics
  • Prepare flight and truck plans for GHA to maximise flight uplift ensuring flight and configurations are complied with
  • Ensure flight messaging is communicated to all up line and down line parties to plan for freighter operations.
  • Liaise with import customers and GHA to ensure delivery of cargo product
  • Investigate and compile reports for customers and management including but not limited to handling reports
  • Follow up with all concerned parties on any discrepancies until resolution of file closure
  • Monitor and plan for movement of ULD’s to maintain station stock
  • Liaise with GHA to plan for handling of special loads
  • Any other duties as required by Station Manager
  • Be presentable and representative of the Company’s image at all times
  • Assisting the Cargo Manager with any other tasks

Experience & Qualifications Required:

  • Operational experience at the airport
  • Detailed knowledge of flight schedules
  • Knowledge of Company procedures for flight operations
  • Familiarity with hub operations
  • Proven ability to deliver first class customer service
  • Proven problem-solving skills

Based: Heathrow, Middlesex
