Our Heathrow client is looking for a French Speaking Sales Manager

You must be fluent in French

Salary up to £70k plus commission and benefits

The role will oversee the Global Sales function therefore a candidate with strong leadership and management experience is essential.

Responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with corporate business development initiatives such as contingency planning, scenario analyses, etc.
• Deliver solutions for optimal customer satisfaction by having expert product knowledge, understanding of services and organizational capabilities.
• Work with CEO to devise, implement and review strategic growth plans to maximize opportunities for new sales, establishing effective communication processes that ensure exceptional customer service and customer retention.
• Work effectively with colleagues at all levels in all departments, to build profiles that fit client demand
• coordinate all aspects of the sales strategy (pricing offer, promotion, development of user documentation, training of customers and commercial divisions.)
• Be the spokesperson internally and externally in industry events, media communications and write articles.
• Liaise with customers, regulatory bodies and industry associations and collaborate with Marketing for materials
• Expertise in managing and structuring global CRM
• Lead the development of new product forecasting guidelines for all markets working closely with Global Marketing business analytics to support the global Brand. This includes the issuance of several standard monthly and quarterly reports as well as general ad-hoc analyses. For all standard reports provide a summary of findings and recommendations to allow the brand to address risks Assists sales team in developing internal and external relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
• Assists sales team in developing internal and external relationships and identifying new market opportunities.
• Manages team performance and feedback providing guidance on development opportunities and action plans.
• Leads scheduled networking events.
• Functions as an advisor to Account Executives, troubleshooting and resolving internal and external issues.
• Gathers and shares market intelligence and competitive information with sales team, peers and marketing.
• Provides sales reports/updates to Senior Management.
Expand and strengthen relationships with external international and domestic partners to plan, coordinate, and address technical requirements to enable the execution of demonstrations and qualification activities to provide critical solutions
Develop a strategy that integrates relationships for international and domestic programs to maximize business

Education/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business field; advanced degree preferred (Sales and Marketing)
• Advanced industry knowledge in transportation white glove / next flight out (Air and Ground solutions)
• Experience developing and executing strategic business plans
• Excellent negotiation skills and demonstrated ability to influence sales decisions
• Experience managing people
• Fluent in French

Experience

• 10+ years transport sales, time critical NFO, experience selling services time critical section with direct interaction with mid-level and executive level decision makers
