General Manager UK Finance REF ZZ 887

A well established client of ours based in the slough area is looking for a General Manager for their finance department. Ideally you will have a degree in finance or CIMA qualified.

Salary £60-70k

Outline of the Role:

Production & Analysis of weekly & monthly results & KPI’s (Financial & Operational) in accordance with Company & Corporate Accounting Policies

Analytical Review of income statement & Balance sheet to MD

Complete Month End Close routines (consolidation of two to four entities)

Together with the MD and senior management team prepare budget planning

Consolidated Annual budget and quarterly forecasts (Revenue budget, Direct costs, Indirect Costs and cash flow)

Prepare analysis and commentary on Actual/Budget/forecast highlights to MD

Prepare Statutory Accounts and Support Statutory Audits with audit deliverables in a timely manner

Review and sign off quarterly VAT return

Oversea Finance department (Finance Manager in place with 3 staff underneath)

System access controls/segregation of duties/audit & balance sheet review follow up

Supporting ad hoc financial and business projects.
