HR Advisor/Manager REF ZZ 855

We are looking to recruit an experienced CIPD qualified HR Advisor/Manager for our client based around the Heathrow area.

This is a fairly large company and you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance & Administrations

Company Requirements:

5 + years’ plus multi site experience and CIPD qualified

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, recruitment and interviewing skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Creative thinking and good influencing skills

Flexibility (receptive to new ideas)

Accuracy in working with large amounts of data

Duties:

Acts as System Administrator for HR database

Corresponds with employees throughout the Company and with outside agencies (including preparation and execution of employee contracts and related duties such as referencing, Criminal checks)

Processes and retains requisite information on all employees

Determines and enforces statutory requirements for employees

Ensures Employee Handbooks, contracts and other related matters are consistent with Company policy and legislation

Ensures that employees conform to the Company’s procedures

Keeps the company compliant with UK and European legislation

Talks with Company employees, or anyone else necessary, to provide information related to Administration or Human Resources (e.g. advises Company personnel on specific issues such as Company rules, benefits)

Recruitment assistance with manager as required

Staff onboarding and induction process

Management of performance evaluation process

Training and development of staff

Branch visits, support and liaison (travel is required)

Talent Management and Succession planning

Ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
