Our client based at Heathrow is looking for the Below:

Our ideal QA Administration Assistant will be/will have:

*Able to use your industry knowledge and initiative to identify and recommend improvements and process changes.

*A strong command of English, both written and verbal.

*ISO awareness.

*Intermediate to advanced level user of all Microsoft Office products with the capacity to learn our in-house systems with ease.


Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, this individual will be primarily required to:

*To assist in all efforts to ensure continual service improvement.  

*Deal with customer feedback and complaints constructively and impartially.

*Assess and ensure Supplier compliance with our QA standards.

*Design, review and update Standard Operating Procedures.

*Train new staff.

*Produce business reports.

*Identify faults and implement corrections within the day to day operation.

*Measure our ongoing performance to help ensure it meets our standards and is consistent with the relevant ISO practices.

*Assist with Network Management and Maintenance as needed.

*Hours Monday to Friday 9am until 6pm.
