We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join this large forwarder. Duties will Include:
- To serve clients professionally and efficiently.
- To liaise with all key operational parties
- To actively contribute to and support all sales/commercial activities.
- To process operational and commercial documentation in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- To apply all defined Credit Control rules & processes
- To understand the file accrual / provisioning process
- To undertake all tasks & functions in accordance with Company Policies, Practices and Standards
- Sales invoices raised in an accurate and timely fashion
- Constantly review vendor working processes and seek improved service levels.
- Produce reports and statistics as required.
- Assist the sales team with quotations and client/product knowledge.
- To assist the Field Sales Executives as required and perform other sales related tasks as requested by the Branch Manager
- Develop and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures or Internal Operating Procedures as required.
- To attend client/other meetings as required
- To make sure that the Team Leader / Operations Manager is aware of your training needs

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Agent to join this specialist forwarder.Key responsibilities will include:
- Yield reporting
- Billing per flight summary
- Special projects including new route analysis in relation to pricing and current market information; revenue management and proactive customer focus on after sales opportunities.
Must have:
- Previous experience within sales administration within the airfreight/airline industry and will be able to prioritise, plan and organise work to achieve deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential as is a flexible approach to work and the ability to develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMERCIAL OPERATOR
We are looking for a Busines Development Manager to join this large forwarder. Main responsibilities will include:

Managing a variety of new business opportunities that have either been created by the telemarketing team, or have been self generated.

Working independently and part of a sales team and qualify new business opportunities, by using your sales skills, planning and relationship building whilst using commercial acumen.

To work on long term and short term target accounts.

Meet and exceed new business sales targets, in revenue and GP.

Work on own initiative, and ensure all reporting processes are satisfied to the company standard.

Team work within the existing sales team

Develop relationships across the company business units, whilst at the same time identifying opportunities that will contribute to the sales target

Reporting to the Courier General Manager, based in BERKSHIRE, key duties for this Courier Customer Service role will include: Review previous nights hand-over report and deal with any problems accordingly; Check with agents to ensure previous days specials have been actioned; Ensure collections are arranged in accordance with procedures; Answer incoming calls in accordance with company procedures; Deal with customer enquires efficiently; Provide clients with PODs and tracking information; Fax weight amendments and volumetric notifications to clients as required; Quotations and up-selling; Liaise with agents/suppliers; etc,.
