·Invoice generation.

·Completing shipping certificates (EUR1 / ATr / C/O) / documentation and maintaining shipment records in accordance with HMRC and audit standards.

·Signing off freight / packing invoices - Querying any invoices which are incorrect.

·Controlling all imports into the UK by providing customs clearance instructions to the necessary clearance agent within a small-time frame to minimise storage costs.

·Correlation and creation of monthly shipping spreadsheets (Excel) to enable Weekly / Monthly invoicing / despatch.

·Assisting with shipping KPIs, forecasting and revenue recognition reporting.

·Minimise business risk and highlight any risk issues.

·Providing shipping training and knowledge sharing within the business to increase awareness and continually promoting compliance.
