Account Manager – ZZ786

We are looking for an Account Manager to represent our partner airlines in the region to ensure the continued success and development of the relationships with the extensive customer base.


The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining current business lanes and developing further business from these clients along with actively seeking new opportunities within the territory.



Key Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships.
  • Negotiate contract rates on regular lanes and close agreements to the benefit of our partner airlines.
  • Develop new business with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partner airlines.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of sales initiatives to Regional Sales Manager UK South and Sales Director UK & Ireland.
  • Collaborate with the internal Sales Desk to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct relevant market research to identify opportunities for continued growth from your sales territory.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on airline’s products and services.
  • Organise and run customer events in your territory to ensure maximum exposure for our airline partners to entire customer base.
  • Prepare reports on sales progress, key account activity and development of specific opportunities and requirements.
  • Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPI’s) as set out by the Sales Director UK & Ireland.





Personal Profile:


  • The ability to work on your own in the field, as well as part of a wider team to ensure aggressive sales targets are achieved.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels, including senior management.
  • Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects whilst paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results driven approach.
