Operations Manager

New position at Heathrow for a Ops Manager

Job Spec:

Plans, directs and/or coordinates the international operations of the facility with focus on ensuring exemplary client services and quality standards. Accountable for ensuring consistent high level service quality and client satisfaction, profitable cost efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures and other regulatory guidelines. Strong knowledge and background on the operational processes and requirements for LHR/UK. Leads and directs subordinates in international client services, data entry, dispatch and warehouse operations. Monitors compliance to contracts. Consistently meets Company KPI’s standards

Computer Literate

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web based and job specific software applications

 Proven track record in cost control and cost reduction

 Proven track record in margin growth

 Proven track record in contract negotiation

 Previous Managerial experience in conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures

 Ability to work under pressure

 Willing to travel as required

 Negotiating skills

 Team building skills

 Good communication skills

 

Salary £35-45k  Included laptop, Mobile, Bupa after 3 months and pension
