  • Cold calling leads from existing Dynamics
  • Selling to prospects under a specified monthly spend level

  • Managing, maintaining and growing revenue from existing customers on their territory

MUST HAVES:

  • Atleast 2 year’s tele-sales experience (Industry experience is essential, we will not consider any
    candidates without industry experience)
  • Applicant should be comfortable with Excel, Outlook & Word and IT in general

SALES SUPPORT AGENT

We are looking for a sales support agent to join this specialist forwarder.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Billing per flight summary
  • Special projects including new route analysis in relation to pricing and current market information
  • Revenue management and proactive customer focus on after sales opportunities.

You will need:

  • Previous experience within sales administration within airfreight/airline industry
  • Be able to prioritise, plan and organise work to achieve deadlines
  • Have strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Have a flexible approach to work and the ability to develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Must deliver commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service

STRATEGIC SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to join this large forwarder.The Purpose of this role is to bring absolute focus on big ticket regional sales and development opportunities at a group level and to do this through the provision of First Class Strategic Sales activities and market leading Supply Chain Development capabilities. Youll be responsible for:

  • Leading the Strategic Sales Team to ensure they successfully land target accounts identified as the Largest Regional Commercial opportunities. 
  • Managing the Strategic Sales Pipeline ensuring that it is rich enough to ensure delivery of Strategic Sales targets, plus reporting on sales velocity and landed business in both annualised and “Through the Till” terms
  • Involvement in other projects at the request of the CCO
  • Assist with preparation of the annual budget and be responsible for ensuring the Company meets the costs, revenue and financial targets therein
  • Ensuring that Sales resource deployment is in line with GBR strategy and budget
  • Ensure maintenance of a high general level of product knowledge with the sales and customer service departments, in conjunction with other functional managers.
  • Delivery of  Strategic Sales Targets
  • Complete commercial accountability for our Strategic Sales Activity
  • Monthly reporting of Strategic Sales Pipeline Value and Sales Velocity

COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS CLERK

This role is mainly sales support and is designed for someone with the ability to work within a team and be creative in thought process to achieve the best results for each given task, aslo the ability to work without supervision and to demonstrate a high degree of self discipline and drive.

The Purpose of this Role is:

  • To Provide administrative support to the Branch to help maintain new customer base.
  • To help control quotations/business oppertunities.
  • Transition of new clients to operational areas.
  • To deal with Cross Trade consignments.
  • To assist on key sales proposals & collate data
  • To assist the operations departments when required
  • To work on key accounts and ensure SOP's are in place and are effective

The Role will Involve:

  • Production of complete customer quotes for new customers and overseas Agents
  • Customer Service calls to new clients to establish transitional satisfaction
  • Mail shots and follow up where required
  • Identify and exploit new business oppertunities from existing company data.
  • Helping with RFQ's and tenders

Main Duties:

  • Supporting the sales team in calculating freight quotations
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve better buying rates
  • Extensive existing client liaison
  • Submitting and following up existing client quotations to secure orders
  • Keeping a weelly log of the existing client quotations
  • Raising sales correspondence
  • General administrative duties

  • Good IT Skills including Excel
