Key Account Manager REF ZZ 1050

The role we have from our client is a mixture of office base and working from home.  The first few months however you will be required to be in the office 5 days per week working alongside the Country Manager and Senior Accounts Manager.

Salary £40 k plus commission
Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-530pm with flexibility as some out of hours will be required
Must have a drivers license as visiting clients will be required - this can be claimed back via expenses

28 days basic annual leave, inc  8 bank holidays – 2 days annual leave bonus each year for non-sickness and 1 additional day after 1 year. 2 after 4, 3 after 7.
Main Duties:
Manage & develop a varied selection of Key Clients and House Accounts
Develop solid working relationships with Key Clients
Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities
Advising the line manager and other relevant parties within the business of changes and trends and deliver suggestions on how this information can be capitalized upon
Drive the company’s presence, to ensure excellent awareness and connection
Demonstrate a strong knowledge, the company’s product portfolio and all associated features and benefits, and tailor those benefits to the needs of the customer
Track performance of customer accounts, opportunities and scope in order to build and maintain customer relationships
Ensure full internal and external communication is adhered to in all instances
Drive the business, implement and nurture profitability, in line with key metrics and Brand guidelines
Plan, control and execute activities to ensure continuous growth and development of all allocated accounts
Achieve the desired growth and profit margins.
