Lead the UK Inside Sales & Pricing team, ensuring accurate, timely and profitable customer quotations across Air, Ocean and Road Freight while supporting the UK Sales team and driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Inside Sales & Pricing team.
• Manage daily workload and team performance.
• Prepare and approve competitive customer quotations.
• Support Business Development Managers with pricing and commercial proposals.
• Liaise with Operations, Procurement and overseas offices to obtain rates.
• Monitor quotation activity, conversion and profitability.
• Maintain pricing systems and produce management reports.
• Build strong customer and internal relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Person Specification

• Management experience within Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Air, Ocean and Road Freight pricing.
• Experience producing customer quotations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Customer focused with the ability to meet deadlines.
